What currency are the prices listed in?

Prices shown on republicahumana.com are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

 

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed and an order confirmation has been sent, we cannot cancel your order.

 

What is your return and exchange policy?

For information about our return and exchange policies, visit our Customer Service Policies. However, items marked as final sale are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.

 

How do I use promo codes/discounts?

If you have a discount code, you can apply it to your order at the checkout screen by entering in the correct code in the respective text box. Please note that only one (1) promotion code/discount code can be used per order and restrictions may apply during site-wide sale events.

 

Where do you ship to?

Worldwide.

 

So you donate a portion of each product sold to a charity that provides 9 school meals for a child in need. Can you tell me more?

We donate to Mary's Meals. Mary’s Meals sets up community-run school feeding projects in some of the world’s poorest communities, where poverty and hunger prevent children from gaining an education. To learn more visit our About us Page and Mary's Meals.

 

I contacted you and never got a response?

We try to respond within 24/48 hours. Also please check your junk or spam folder to make sure you didn't miss our response.

 

I got my items but there is a certain scent, what is it?

It wasn't us, we promise...! The scent you're referring to is our pretreatment, also known as fixation. We use this solution to ensure the ink binds to the garment during the printing process. This process is an industry standard among companies who use direct-to-garment (DTG) printing. The scent will disappear after the first wash cycle.

 

I received my order but not the right items, what do I do?

In the rare event that there was a mistake with your order, please email us at sales@republicahumana.com and our team will help you sort it all out!

 

Why has my order been partially shipped?

Sometimes your order will be sent out in parts as we fulfill orders from multiple locations and some products might be shipped separately because they are packaged differently, but rest assured, you will get shipping notifications of every shipment once a label has been created.

 

What if my package is lost while in transit?

In the event that your package is lost in the mail, please contact the carrier to get a status update. However, you can also email us at sales@republicahumana.com within 7 days and we will send you a replacement. Please make sure the shipping address was correct.

 

My tracking information says it was delivered but I didn't get my package. What do I do?

In such an event, get in touch with the carrier so they can investigate where and what happened to your package.

 

Who is responsible for any customs or duties charges?

In the event of such charges, Republica Humana Inc. is not responsible for any customs or duties on international orders levied by your country on imported goods. The prices reflected on our Site do not include or reflect customs and duties.
